  29. No. "Replace block start" means delete *all* previous block marks and set a new 
  30. one. If only one block is supported, this is equivalent to "Set block start"
  31. and CTRL B is a good way to do this.

  33. What do you do to select a file on the desktop? You klick on it. And what
  34. do you do to select an additional file? You do the same while you are holding
  35. shift.

  37. The straight forward way to do the same with blocks ist to use
  38. Shift+CTRL B   and
  39. Shift+CTRL E
  40. to mark an additional block.
